NSTokenField - token menu problem

How can this information be accessed:

I have some NSTokenFields - their tokens have a Menu - (both parts - Fields + Menu - are programmatically created)

How can a menu item's action method find out:

- the (string) value of the token it was called from? (this token is not necessarily selected) - and the NSTokenField of this token?
