A few days ago, I was wrestling with a very weird view hierarchy, and
it got me thinking the same thing.
It would be useful if you could select a row (i.e., a view) and it'd
highlight it in the UI too.
I'm sure a lot of people would find this useful if you get around
writing it!

all of the views & subviews of a specified window. For each view,
it would show the class of that view, the frame and bounds, etc.
I'm thinking of something that could be built into your app as a
debugging tool. The window to be queried could be specified
programmatically (i.e. by giving it as a parameter) or perhaps by
choosing it from a list of windows in that app.
I searched the archives but didn't see any mention of something
like this - which surprised me since it would serve a common need.
