2) I think that you actually want the opposite, but in case that's not the case:  the Automated User Testing session from WWDC this year might be of interest.  It was session 306 and the description is here:
https://developer.apple.com/wwdc/sessions/details/?id=306
(You need to login with your AppleID first but it should be accessible as Apple has granted all developers access to WWDC content this year ;-)
