Hi Scott,
thanks very much for providing the thorough explanations.
The saddening thing for me though is: I know all of this. But I think one
should be able to do color management and use the EPS or PDF format for
images at the same time. Shall we tell everybody to not use the save as
EPS or save as PDF options in Photoshop when they intend to use them in a
color managed workflow?
