Anybody have any advice on setting up a scanner to scan color negatives?
There does not seem to be any IT8 targets available to make a profile with
that I can find.
I am trying to scan 120 format Kodak VC400 film on a Microtek ArtixScan
1100, and the Microtek software has some default settings for different
types of negative film, but VC400 is not one of them.
This is for a fashion catalog, and the client tells me that fashion
photographers only shoot negative film, and she does not think she can get
chromes for future issues. This is the only client I have ever heard this
from. Is this normal for fashion work?
