So what's your criteria for picking the best sheets?

It's not about saving time. Averaging 500 sheets will not reveal the true
nature of a print process.

Depends where the outliers are located. And what account for their
'outliersness'. That's precisely what I understand Heidelberg's approach is
meant to 'offset' -- no pun intended.
