That's where having a press console scanning spectro like the X-Rite ATS is invaluable. I've been able to use one for a couple of press runs and all you do is measure the sheets, number them, and when you're done you simply go back and look at the recorded data for each sheet and pick the ones you want to measure. It's been an awesome tool that I wish I could afford.
