I should point out that when I made this statement, I was refering to creating a press profile on an Epson printer through GMG's iterative process...and therefore in a manner that directly relates to Ultrachrome inks. The way I worded it, it doesn't appear to be related to the Ultrachrome inks at all.
But as long as were on the press profiling topic ;-), doesn't GMB Profile Maker perform some data smoothing in the manner Roger mentioned... with a weighted averaging, measuring multiple charts and disregarding samples that deviate far from the norm? Does Monaco Profiler do something similar?
