I've personally profiled a few of those puppies and they profile very well.
They have a nice built-in gray balancing procedure -- very nice to have and
use. And they have a real color "pass-through" mode, I call it, that allows
for no driver or printer intelligence intervention, what you send is what
you get CMYK interface. So, it could not be easier to profile. The colors
are vastly improved over its "ancestor", the honorable Phaser 7700, which
makes it surprisingly good or even good enough to proof US WebCoatedSWOP v2!
