  • Thread-topic: Reading Stochastic dot area on printing plates

Hello all (first time question )

Has anyone had any experience in measuring stochastic dot area on printing
plates. I have a CC Dot device for reading plates it works well with
conventional screening but will not read Stochastic at all. Giving reading
of 0% or 100% only
I have also tried a traditional densitometer with and without a polarizing
filter without success

Thanks in advance
