In looking it over quickly (it has changed a fair amount in this section since I saw it last) I believe what you want is in section D.6.2 item 6 on page 79. Equation D.10
You'll know you are doing it right if your paper white patch comes out with a Y= 1.0 (or 100.0 if that's your number range)
