Yes. My apologies in return for failing to realize that you were attempting
to print to an RGB device (an inkjet printer). In that instance, that option
is grayed out.

You can either use Doyle's solution, or you can print using "Let InDesign
determine colors" with the same print profile as your working space profile
-- what is called a "null" conversion.
