Please allow me to differ. On this CG21, this RevB EyeOnePro is off
by a
mere 120˚K from actual D50 chromaticies judging by a Minolta CS-1000
spectroradiometer -- a well respected 35k$ instrument.
How can it be that bad?
My problems were in shadow detail.
Retouching on monitors with colour temperature inaccuracies is easy.
Retouching on monitors where you can't see shadow detail or can't
trust the colours that you see in shadows is a bit more problematic :-(
What does you 35K instrument say about the Eye One Pro accuracy in
shadows?
