You are you using a PowerPC?

With assistance of another PPC user I found out that the bug seems to be caused by Image Events on PPC / OS 10.4. Unfortunately I have no more PPC to test it.

I've just uploaded a Version that should work on 10.4/PPC. It's just a workaround as it uses ColorSyncScriting instead of Image Events and ColorSyncScriting is no longer available on 10.6:
