So to me, basically it's useless.  I have no idea what you posted, and
if I want to see it I have to get on the web, go to the Fed-talk site,
and bring up the archive for the month and search for it.  Clicking on
the URL above gives me a "Bug in Mailman version 2.1.5" screen.  I've
sent a complaint about this to the list before, but it doesn't seem to
have helped.
