So, I take it there there is no way around this problem at present other than to go around my whole project and into every html component and manually correct all the tags? :^( nightmare!

Is there a way to generate code to do this on the fly?

I wrote a perl-script a while ago that would translate the HTML in WO components to XHTML. I've been reluctant to let is loose on the Wonder Codebase, because it would change just about every component and WOBuilder would mess up things again afterwards anyway.

Yeah but would that be only if you go and add or edit new stuff in the component? if so, for now as a way to get out of that nightmare, I would give your code ago and suffer doing manual changes once I had done my new additions or edits. Can you send it us?
