I don't recall having to do anything other than turning Direct Connect off.
 The Apache cgi adaptor is installed by default.  Images etc go in
/Library/WebServer/Documents.  I do this in a Ant script or you can use the
split install feature.

Build and launch as normal. There is almost nothing to it.
