FWIW, I got it too just now -- both new and old projects. For some reason it
looks like this part of the build script is happening out of order -- for
earlier phases of the transcript it appears to Mkdir first, then SymLink.
Here, it's SymLink-ing and then Mkdir-ing.  This is just a hunch. I'll need
to prod some more at the jam files, which I've never done before.
