Take a look at my setup guide in the ooodocs.org forum. Maybe it helps
you getting a german keymap.

Be sure to read the full thread. On several Mac it seems that there
occure problems I cannot verify because on my mac this setup guide
worked. And one misspell is in the guide so really read the whole
thread I corrected it later on.
