the "green" windows are another window-manager (i think it's twm or
some sort of fvwm - I haven't looked at it). You are not currently
using quartz-wm, that's why you think that 0.2 is slower. As far as I
can tell though it is not! Try it with quartz-wm and I'm sure you won't
notice any stepbacks regarding launchtime of any application.
