how to expand X11?

I'm working with Mac OS X version 10.2.3. I can't expand the file
nph-x11.hqx downloaded on the web site of apple with Stuffit Expander
(version 7.0). But it functions well with the file X11 SDK downloaded
on the same web site. Is the nph-x11-hqx proposed on the web site
corrupted? Is there any problem of version of OS or of Stuffit? Thanks
