Hi all,
sorry if this has already been asked, and thanks in advance for help:
I realized that xterm launches with a csh (even if my default shell is
tcsh);

FYI; csh = tcsh

$ ls -l /bin/*csh

-r-xr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  315136 Jan 24 19:49 csh
-r-xr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  315136 Jan 24 19:49 tcsh

While it may be true that the two binaries are the same (and 'ls' doesn't prove that), they will act differently according to how they are called.

Regards,

Justin
