Unable to open .hqx download

I downloaded the X11 package from Apple, but Stuffit (Standard
v.7.0.1) does not unpack the file. I've tried both the drag-N-drop
method and the dialogue box - neither does anything. Just quits with
no messages of any kind. Does anyone have suggestions?
