X11 beta 0.2 ALT Key with OOo

Hi
I installed X11 0.2 w/o the settings, keeping mz old .xinitrc used
with 01.
I still face the same problem I had with 0.1.
Using NEdit, to paste using Middle-Klick I have to change the modemap for the
ALT key. I generated a file ~/.Xmodmap for that.
However, then this cause problems with OOo. ALT-Key cannot be used anzmore
to select Menues.
How to resolve this conflict? I want to keep using NEdit for source editing
and keep the hotkey feature of OOo.
