[0.2] another small remaining keymap issue

I'm not sure if it must be considered a bug, or if it is a "Cocoa specific" feature non portable to X11.
On the french keyboard numeric chars are shifted on the first row. There is a special "french numeric" keymaping in MacOS which allow the shift-lock key to lock the first row as well. This is useful when entering number without a numeric keypad.
This is not functional under X11, the two french keymap variants, when toggled from the menu, are the same.
On the other side the numeric keypad emulation (a few keys under the right hand are mapped as a keypad, controlled by a function key) on my powerbook does operate correctly.
However I prefer the first way so I miss it.
