Hmm... it should work even if that is checked. Can you file a bug for
me at xquartz.macosforge.org, and I'll look into it when I get a chance?

Hello!
I have an .Xmodmap file in my home directory to set the left Alt-key
to Alt_L. But when starting X simply by launching an X11-app from
the
Terminal or by starting "X11" from the Utilities menu,.Xmodmap is
not
evaluated. Unless I run "xmodmap .Xmodmap" manually.
Curiously, it _is_ evaluated when I start an app using an XDroplet.
Is this a known problem?
