Hmm, I looked the downloaded package.  I'll find my disc and
take a look at it.  Thank you.

So, two new things I found.

* System requirement of Update 2006 is: X11 1.1, 1.1.1, or
  1.1.2.  But none of the versions are available on the net.
  Who can use this update?

* I tried to install X11 1.0 into MacBook Pro.  It was also
  updated to 10.4.10 before that.  The installation of X11
  also fails same as PowerBook G4.  OS X 10.4.10 might be
  incompatible to X11 1.0.
