Yes and no.  By mentioning a bug that drove me nuts for at least a
year with the Tiger X11 on this mailing list, I've gotten a workaround
for it.  The Apple bugreporter is generally a one-way street, and
I don't remember ever receiving a workaround via anything I've
submitted to it.
