The same HIG that allows the DELETE key to delete things in most Apple
apps, but not the Finder?
Seriously, cmd-<arrow> doesn't do anything in X11, so why allowing
them to cycle through windows is unHIGly is beyond me.
Anyhow, thanks for your suggestions, at least I know its a feature.

Thanks, Jonas, works fine, and will hopefully survive the X11
reinstall I do after every Apple upgrade (thats not a gripe! I look
forward to upgrades, I'm hoping Safari and the Finder will stop
crashing soon.).
Note to others - X11 must be restarted after making this change (this
strikes me as unHIGly).
