Xcode 1.1.1 build problems

Hello,

I have installed the latest Xcode 1.1.1 and I'm having trouble compiling a file named "QuickTimeCode.c": it is a C file inside my Cocoa application. If I compile the old target (not native), it compiles well. If I choose the new native target, I get thousands of errors. I'm certainly missing an option somewhere...
