Remember that the SDK is a ceiling, not a floor. If you just want
to deploy to earlier systems, don't change your SDK; use the "Mac
OS X Deployment Target" setting and set it to 10.3 or 10.2.
Does it then follow that the deployment target is the floor and the
SDK is the ceiling?
