Try command+] and command+[
(Textmate, and textwrangler do it that way as well.)
There might be a way to change the key bindings, but I've never
looked into it.

Is there a binding available for making the tab key work like in
Microsoft Word or Visual Studio when editing source code?
That is, when nothing is selected a Tab causes a tab character (or
spaces) to be inserted. When a selection exists, hitting Tab causes
all selected lines to be indented (and shift tab causes them to be
outdented).
I pretty much hate Visual Studio, but would love to have this
feature from it. As it is, I keep selecting code only to blast it
away when trying to indent it.
(I was going to file this as a feature suggestion for an additional
binding, but it isn't clear to me that Xcode can't do it now. In
which case, filing the report would be a waste of time, plus it
wouldn't get me any closer to actually using the feature I want.)
