If you're talking about being able to select a .h file in the open file dialog?
I've never seen that and I can't reproduce it here with a standard project. But then, I'm also using 2.4 so things might have changed.
However, I rarely ever use that command. It is far easier to use drag-and-drop to add new items to a project.
