When you do it that way, it's being implicitly added to the Copy
Resources build phase. This behaviour isn't entirely reliable all the
time. (There is nothing magic about the Resources group, either; the
same happens anywhere in the hierarchy. This is why people ship apps
with headers in them by mistake.)
