Maybe try setting the file type of your .INL files to be header files? (sourcecode.c.h)

You can bulk select your .INL files in xcode, get info (commnad-i),
and then select the file type in the resulting info pane. (likely
other ways exist to do this and in a more universal fashion but at
least you can test the theory)
