Sampler crashes - missing Graphite.framework

I launched Sampler today (OS X 10.4.7, Xcode 2.4) and it crashed complaining that Graphite.framework is missing.

Tried it on another machine (10.4.7, Xcode 2.3), same results.

Reinstalled CHUD 4.4.2 from download - no change on either machine.

Googling, only a couple of references to the problem earlier this year turn up, with no solutions, other than "throw away you CHUD receipt and reinstall". That also had no effect here.

Ideas how I can fix it?
