In fact it works and I changed "my_company_name"...
It would be interesting to discover the way to change also the
other informations in that intestation...
For example what if I don't want my name shown? Or what if I want
to add some other information by default in every file?
I think then the trick is to edit the template for the type of file
you want to create.
I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, but just editing the
desired file(s) found in the /Library/Application Support/Apple/
Developer Tools/File Templates/ hierarchy should do the trick.
I looked all over for this too. Wouldnt it make sense to have it part
of the Xcode GUI instead of a 'trick'?
