I have a suspicion that the bundle bit doesn't help if the bundle doesn't have an extension too

I'm still curious...does anyone know what (if any) the other extensions are other then .app, .bundle, .plugin, .kext and .mdimporter?

A few others I know about are .component, .osax, .menu, .framework, .webarchive, .rtfd, and .scptd.
