Your best approach may be to change your list subscription to Digest Mode,
and then monitor/read recent posts using the list archives:
  <http://lists.apple.com/archives/xcode-users/2007>

There's probably a technical approach that involves writing a program to
automatically delete things from Address Book that meet certain criteria,
but I leave that for those with copious free time on their hands and a
burning desire to improve the Mail-addressing experience.
