We reconfigured the pages and toolbar of All-in-One to accomodate the changesvin Xcode 3, such as the consolidated gdb/console log.

For existing projects, we preserve any projectcwindow customization (such as a custom toolbar) but that doesn't allow us to present all the new features. But it does maintain compatibility with Xcode 2.4 and 2.
