Codewarrior compiles fail

I managed to kep my CodeWarrior projects running until I upgraded to XCode 3.0. Now the /usr/include files invoke a _DARWIN_ALIAS which breaks the build big time.

I thought that this would give me an opportunity to convert over to XCode, but XCode no longer seems to have a converter. Has this moved elsewhere?
