I'm really disappointed that this bug still exists in IB 3:

The replace strings of the two versions of the find dialog (single & multi file) are not the same, and you can have two different values.

What's worse, if you Replace in a Project/Multi-file find dialog result, it takes the single-file find's replace string, not the multi- file find's replace string. THis is very broken.
