But one can target 10.3.9 using gcc 4 using the 10.3.9 SDK so Peter's
statement was correct.
One thing I've never gotten a clear answer on is targeting 10.3.0
using GCC 4 and the 10.3.9 SDK. Is it possible, or not?
No, it is not.
You can target 10.3.9 with that setup, not 10.3.0 (nor .1-.8)
