I only see Xcode 3.0 and Xcode 2.4.1 in my account and I have seed
access. Also <http://developer.apple.com/tools/download/> only shows
Xcode 3.0 at the moment.

I know that yesterday it was reported that the 2.5 entry had incorrect
information about it not supporting Leopard. It could be that they are
fixing that text and as a result it isn't visible (at least for some
of us).
