I've been getting this alot lately too. All my project folders and included project documents are on the startup disk.


It happens after I use the the Multi-File Find/Replace in BBEdit (because it has some features that Xcode's does not). I believe the problem is that Xcode seems to not re-set its document-dirty state when it should. A few days ago I went to the extreme of closing all documents and all projects in Xcode before saving in BBEdit, but I still got these warnings later. I had to quit+relaunch Xcode to make them stop.
