Snapshot restore failed

When I try to restore from a snapshot I get this alert:

Snapshot Failed
Failed to create a snapshot because some files could not be linked.

It is able to compare files. SnapshotRepository.sparseimage looks okay and Disk Utility Verify says it's fine.

Any ideas?
