Adding a single or double-quote will trigger it, as well as removing
one of either. I just sent you a screenshot pair.

If you can catch this repeatedly (that is, backspace unjumps, then
retyping it jumps again) a screen shot of before and after would
really help. There are some scenarios where slight changes in line
layout cause an adjustment in scroll position but they're really
hard to catch in the wild.
