The same ones should be active, if you're using Xcode's default key bindings. Xcode > Preferences > Key Bindings > Text Key Bindings, look for Pop Bookmarks PopUp (control-4) and Pop Breakpoints PopIp (control-5).
Now the OS has this penchant for snarfing keyboard shortcuts, so also look in System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts and make sure nothing there is taking over those keys.
