Is there anything similar in IB 3.x?

Nope. I filed rdar://5280370 a year ago (when Leopard was pre- release) and it was closed as a duplicate of rdar://4885940.

A poor-man's substitute is to switch to outline view, select all, type Option-right-arrow to fully expand the hierarchy. Open the bindings inspector (Command-4). Put focus back on the nib and use the up- and down-arrows to select each object in turn. As each object is selected, the inspector will show what it's bound to.

That still doesn't give you a nice summary of bindings _to_ an object. :(

Regards,
Ken
