I got a C/C++ GTK app and I would like to port it to Leopard what is the best way to go...

Does anyone have succesfully port some GTK+ app to Leopard? I check around and didn't found anything definitive so...

If yes what is the best way to go? Is it possible or I have to rewrite everything in objective-c & cocoa?
